About mrvsp
The Mission Ridge Volunteer Ski Patrol (MRVSP) is a non-profit organization funded through donations by its local community. Those donations go directly to efforts to impact and improve safety for the public. The 40+ patrollers donate their time both on and off the mountain helping to maintain and improve medical proficiency and serving others in need of emergency care.
Each patroller must have their skills evaluated annually, including assessments in toboggan handling, chairlift evacuation, Outdoor Emergency Care procedures, use of CPR and application of AEDs (Automated External Defibrillator).
If you have made donations to our organization, we thank you for your help. If you are interested in participating at an entirely new level, and believe yourself to have strong skiing or snowboarding skills, we invite you to stop in at the "top shack" just below the unload area of Chair 2 to ask us for more details.

Donations Accepted
Appreciate what we're doing and want to make a difference? We use donations for medical supplies, emergency equipment (like backboards, blood pressure cuffs, toboggans, blankets, cold-weather gear, etc.) Every bit helps! (The Mission Ridge Volunteer Ski Patrol is a part of the Pacific Northwest Division Ski Patrol which is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization.)
